Welcome to PoolScape Hawthorne Pool Service. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service with us.
Services We Provide
We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Hawthorne, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns exist or if we determine we cannot adequately meet your needs.
Scheduling and Cancellations
When you schedule a service, we will confirm your appointment by phone or email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For weekly service plans, you may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a final service charge.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless you have arranged a weekly or monthly billing plan with us. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For recurring service plans, payment is due on the first service of each billing period. Late payments may result in service suspension and a late fee.
If additional work is needed beyond your scheduled service, we will notify you of the cost before proceeding. Emergency repairs may require immediate approval.
Property Access
You agree to provide our technicians safe and reasonable access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocking gates, moving any obstacles, and securing pets.
We are not responsible for damage to property caused by inaccessible or unsafe working conditions. If our technician cannot safely access your pool, the service may be rescheduled, and a trip charge may apply.
Liability and Warranty
We carry liability insurance and take great care in performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, equipment failures due to age or improper maintenance, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service Limitations
Our services are limited to pool cleaning and basic maintenance. We do not perform structural repairs, major plumbing work, or electrical work unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
We will notify you of any issues we observe during service, but we are not responsible for diagnosing or repairing problems outside the scope of our scheduled work.
Chemicals and Equipment
We use professional-grade chemicals and equipment for all services. Chemical costs are typically included in our service fees, but excessive chemical needs due to neglect or poor water conditions may result in additional charges.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool. Low water levels may prevent us from completing service and could result in a trip charge.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers by email or phone.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. Most problems can be solved through direct communication.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
